Its name alludes to its pale color and evokes freshness, delicacy, and lightness. Its light body and low alcohol content make it a very easy-drinking wine. The Pinot Noir grapes are harvested before they reach optimal ripeness, and after destemming, the grapes ferment without their skins at very low temperatures.
