This Sauvignon Blanc is grown at Finca Narbona Punta del Este, just a few kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean, benefiting from a significant sea breeze that imparts freshness and balance. The grape bunches are transported to Narbona Carmelo in refrigerated trucks. Upon arrival at 8°C, the grapes are destemmed and pressed to obtain the must, which is then transferred to stainless steel tanks for temperature-controlled fermentation.
